John Du Wors
Background:
John’s practice emphasizes complex commercial litigation and class action litigation, primarily in the areas of business, employment law and intellectual property. John is highly experienced in both bench and jury trials, as well as commercial arbitration. John writes and lectures on a wealth of subjects related to trial work and class action litigation.
John has previously served as the co-chair to the Washington State Bar Association's Business Law Section's Publications Committee, and previously served as the Chairman of the Pasadena Bar Association's panel on Bankruptcy Business & Commercial Law. An avid lover of the arts, John has volunteered as pro bono legal counsel for The Furious Theater Company, The Lineage Dance Company, and The Washington Ensemble Theater.
