Derek Linke
Background:
Derek focuses his practice primarily on intellectual property and technology matters. He advises companies on major transactions, day-to-day corporate matters, and represents them in state and federal court. Derek has particular experience advising clients on compliance with Internet advertising regulations, including the federal CAN-SPAM Act.
Derek is a guest lecturer at Seattle University School of Law on the subjects of copyright and advertising law. He also regularly gives talks to artists' groups on enforcing and exploiting intellectual property.
