Background:
Roger represents high technology companies in business, transactional and litigation matters. He has represented a wide variety of clients in the software, Internet, wireless and entertainment industries in complex transactional matters. Additionally, Roger is an experienced litigator in both federal and state courts. He served as law clerk to United States District Court Judge William L. Dwyer, Western District of Washington ('96-'97) and to Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Robert R. Beezer ('97-'98). Roger represents clients in copyright, trademark, patent, publicity rights, trade secret, contract and marketing disputes.
