Michael Gustafson

Background:

Michael practices commercial litigation and advises businesses in the areas of intellectual property, Internet, and banking. He has represented clients through trial, mediation, and arbitration; and recently convinced the Washington Court of Appeals to uphold a $5 million judgment in his client's favor (including recovery of all attorneys fees and costs). He is involved in several political activities, having served as campaign coordinator in multiple statewide campaigns, and raised over a million dollars in direct mail fundraising for a Washington state gubernatorial campaign.
