Our lawyers are all legal professionals with various experience and ability. We do not have a hierarchical structure with "partners", "associates", or other titles. We are not concerned with ego, who is in charge, who receives credit for a client, or other bureaucracy common at most other firms. Nor do we have the "committees" that consume so much time at traditional law firms.
Though each matter has a primary attorney to oversee it, we always work as a team. One Newman attorney may be primary counsel on one matter, but is available to assist and provide support for other lawyers in the firm for different matters. Through this approach, we ensure that our clients' cases are diligently seen through, even during times when other cases may consume the time of one of our attorneys.
