28 Jun Newman Du Wors Wins Permanent injunction In Trademark Case

Newman Du Wors attorneys Derek Newman and Jessica Newman won a preliminary injunction for its client, Kreation Organic, Southern California’s premier juicery and healthy-cuisine restaurant chain. When a new restaurant popped up with “Creation” as part of its name, Kreation hired Newman Du Wors to shut it down. After winning an initial order requiring the new restaurant to change its name, Newman Du Wors ultimately won a permanent injunction prohibiting the defendants from using any name similar to Kreation.
