27 Jun Newman Du Wors Wins Right to Take Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s Deposition

Newman Du Wors attorneys Derek Newman, Jason Sykes, and Jessica Newman won an order from a Delaware federal court to take the deposition of Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook’s CEO. The so-called “Apex Doctrine” usually protects the CEO of a big company from having to sit for a deposition. Newman Du Wors convinced the court that Zuckerberg’s testimony was necessary to the case, and so the deposition proceeded. See Social Ranger LLC v. Facebook Inc., U.S. District Court, D. Del.
