Lindsey Pierce

Lindsey represents clients in business and intellectual-property litigation nationwide. Her practice areas include corporate disputes, unfair competition and false advertising, First Amendment issues, and trademark matters.

She has experience in trial and appellate courts, and in arbitration. Before joining Newman LLP, Lindsey was a litigation associate at a large national firm.

Lindsey holds a Master’s degree in Rhetoric and Writing, and before law school taught the undergraduate course “The Rhetoric of Written Argument” at San Diego State University.
