Sarah advises clients in corporate transactions, and about regulatory and privacy issues. She has represented buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions, including stock and asset purchases. She also has experience with equity and debt offerings and provides general strategic advice about corporate structure, enterprise organization, and financings.
On the regulatory side, Sarah advises clients about privacy concerns, such as Europe’s GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and drafts privacy and other policies.
Before moving exclusively to corporate transactions, Sarah was a litigator. She represented Newman Du Wors clients in trademark, corporate, and false advertising cases in federal courts, and prior to that, she was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis where she represented clients in patent cases.
