Sirina practices exclusively in trademark law, and oversees the firm’s trademark prosecution practice. She began her career as a trademark associate in the Washington D.C. office of a large national law firm. Then, she served as a trademark examining attorney for the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Sirina also spent several years overseeing trademark registration for the United States Postal Service before returning to private practice.
Sirina has extensive experience in clearance, registration, and protection of brand names, logos, advertising phrases, and other types of trademarks. She also assists clients with advertising review, domain name issues, and trademark litigation. Having the experience of deciding for the government whether a trademark would be allowed, Sirina has the unique ability to maximize our clients’ chances of registering trademarks.
An avid chef and mother of two, Sirina has lived in Tokyo and Paris, attended the Cordon Bleu, taught cooking classes, and published articles on food.
