Before joining Newman Du Wors, she was a summer associate at Clyde & Co, where she researched intellectual property, cybersecurity, and data-breach matters. During law school, she interned at SAG-AFTRA where she presented cases in arbitration on behalf of performers. She also interned at Bruce Lee Enterprises where she assisted in the protection of Bruce Lee copyrights and publicity rights.
Sergio represents inventors and companies before the United States Patent Office and in patent litigation. He prosecutes patents covering a wide variety of technologies, with a special emphasis on software. Sergio has assisted foreign companies in obtaining U.S. patents. His experience also includes business litigation, trademark registration, and advising clients about various areas of intellectual property.
Nathan advises clients in all aspects of intellectual property, with an emphasis on litigation and patent portfolio analysis and valuation, licensing, transfer, and prosecution.
John is a trial lawyer. His practice emphasizes intellectual property, business, banking, securities and employment law. John has litigated hundreds of state and federal court cases and commercial arbitrations, throughout the country.
Sarah represents clients in intellectual-property and technology-related litigation. Before joining Newman Du Wors, she was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis where she represented clients in patent cases involving wireless telecommunications (cellular and Wi-Fi), database technologies, and cryptography. Her experience includes litigating cases involving trademarks, trade secrets, unfair competition, and corporate disputes. She also advises clients on cybersecurity, compliance, privacy and other business concerns.
Anthony represents clients in litigation focused largely on intellectual property, technology, and entertainment. Before joining Newman Du Wors, Anthony drafted deal memoranda, licenses, and artist agreements for Warner Bros. Records.
Rachel represents clients in litigation. She develops cases going to trial, including preparing witnesses and exhibits. She has particular expertise managing and reviewing electronically-stored information (ESI) in document-intensive litigation.
Derek litigates intellectual property and Internet disputes. He is particularly knowledgeable about domain-name issues, and compliance with Internet advertising regulations.
Derek represents clients in high-stakes litigation, most involving intellectual property and Internet issues. He also has substantial business experience, and represents clients in corporate transactions.
Jessica focuses on the protection and management of intellectual property, and related litigation and appeals. Jessica advises clients, many in the design and fashion industries, in disputes involving trademark, copyright, false advertising, general business, and internet law.
Keith is a trial lawyer with over 30 jury verdicts in his favor. He now focuses his practice on intellectual-property litigation with particular experience in copyright and trademark disputes.

Sirina practices exclusively in trademark law, and oversees Newman & Newman’s trademark prosecution practice. She began her career as a trademark associate in the Washington D.C. office of a large national law firm.
