John Du Wors

John is a trial lawyer. His practice emphasizes intellectual property, business, banking, securities and employment law. John has litigated hundreds of state and federal court cases and commercial arbitrations, throughout the country.

Nicolena Farias-Eisner

Nicolena represents clients in litigation and appeals. Before joining Newman Du Wors, she worked for a federal district court judge and a Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals judge.

Sarah Forney

Sarah represents clients in intellectual-property and technology-related litigation. Before joining Newman Du Wors, she was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis where she represented clients in patent cases involving wireless telecommunications (cellular and Wi-Fi), database technologies, and cryptography. Her experience includes litigating cases involving trademarks, trade secrets, unfair competition, and corporate disputes. She also advises clients on cybersecurity, compliance, privacy and other business concerns.

Steven Gray

Steve represents clients in litigation and patent prosecution. With a background in physics and electrical engineering, he has secured patents for inventions in software, artificial intelligence, electrical engineering, and automation technologies. He is also licensed in Utah.

Derek Linke

Derek litigates intellectual property and Internet disputes. He is particularly knowledgeable about domain-name issues, and compliance with Internet advertising regulations.
