Greg Scialabba

Greg represents clients in complex litigation throughout the country. His experience includes breach of contract, unfair and deceptive practices, securities fraud, intellectual property, and antitrust cases. He has also counseled clients through government investigations and enforcement actions.

Greg has convinced courts to dismiss several cases for his clients at the initial stages, saving them the time and expense of litigation through discovery. And he has won cases at trial.

In college and law school, Greg interned at a civil-liberties law firm and worked at a pro-bono tax clinic assisting people under investigation by the IRS.
