Samantha represents clients in business, employment, and intellectual-property disputes and litigation in both State and Federal Court. She also advises clients on intellectual property protection and licensing, employment contracts, severance agreements, employee handbooks, and human-resource matters. Before joining Newman Du Wors, Samantha practiced business and intellectual property litigation and white collar defense at Cooley LLP, one of the largest firms in the nation.
Samantha graduated cum laude, Order of the Coif, from University of San Diego School of Law, where she was an editor of the San Diego Law Review. Samantha is licensed in both California and Washington.
